Siberia’s Largest Healthcare Exhibition, “Healthcare of Siberia,” to Be Held in Novosibirsk

The Largest Healthcare Exhibition in Siberia and the Russian Far East — “Healthcare of Siberia” — to Take Place in Novosibirsk

The 4th Specialized Exhibition and Forum will showcase advanced medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals, scientific innovations, and digital healthcare technologies.

Healthcare of Siberia, the largest federal-level healthcare exhibition project in Siberia and the Russian Far East, will return to Novosibirsk for the fourth time, with official support from the Government of the Novosibirsk Region and the regional Ministry of Health.

The event will take place from October 13 to 15, 2026, at the Novosibirsk ExpoCentre. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The exhibition will bring together more than 130 companies from 40 Russian cities, presenting over 1,000 pieces of modern medical equipment, accessories, and consumables.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore products from internationally recognized brands, alternative solutions, Russian-made innovations, and medical equipment manufactured in partner countries. The exhibition will also feature healthcare consumables, digital health technologies, and components for medical devices.

Among the participating companies are Elamed JSC, ADANI Rus, Neurocor, Ortorent, Aerolife, Vector-Bialgam JSC, GRAND-MEDICA, Medical Integrator, MEGATECHNIKA, MEDGRADE, SonoPro, S.P. Gelpik, and other leading manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment and consumables.

A Major Platform for Healthcare Professionals and Industry Experts

The exhibition will also host the 4th Interregional Medical Forum of the Siberian Federal District, “Siberian Health Code: From Prevention to Innovative Healthcare Technologies.”

Organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region, the forum will bring together federal and regional healthcare experts, including leading specialists from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The three-day business program will feature more than 40 events and over 300 speakers and experts, offering opportunities for professional development, knowledge exchange, and industry networking.

During the event, a meeting of the Healthcare Coordination Council of the Siberian Accord Association will also take place.

“Doctor on Board: Mission Possible” — A Special Strategic Session

One of the highlights of the forum will be the strategic session “Doctor on Board: Mission Possible,” bringing together distinguished medical experts from a wide range of specialties.

The session is organized by the Association of Aviation Medicine Physicians (AAMP), an initiator and co-founder of the Doctors on Board Program.

Leading specialists — including cardiologists, neurologists, obstetricians and gynecologists, psychiatrists, ENT specialists, and pediatricians — will share their expertise on how altitude and changes in cabin pressure affect the human body under different medical conditions.

Special attention will be given to medical decision-making in the confined environment of an aircraft cabin, where clinical expertise, composure, and the ability to act quickly can make a critical difference.

Participants will explore real-world clinical scenarios and practical emergency response protocols, demonstrating that even at an altitude of 10,000 meters, a doctor's mission remains possible.

More Than 4,000 Healthcare Professionals Expected

According to the organizers, the three-day exhibition and forum are expected to attract more than 4,000 healthcare professionals from across Russia.

Visitors will represent the Novosibirsk Region, Altai Krai, Kemerovo Region, Irkutsk Region, Tomsk Region, Omsk Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and other regions of the country.

Admission to the exhibition and participation in the business program are free with advance registration on the official event website: med-sib.proexpo.ru.
